Phil, a New York native, discovered his love for tattooing in Las Vegas. Originally from Long Island, he started out at a Manhattan fashion school, which eventually led him to move across the country to instead pursue his tattoo career. Phil now helps manage Reverie Tattoo, bringing five years of tattooing experience with a specialty in American Traditional work. Phil spends his time supporting the Las Vegas Hardcore music scene, hand painting tattoo flash and working out.
